4. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the respective platform's policies. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All exercise videos, images, text, and other content are owned by Work Refreshed or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Work Refreshed content is for informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult your physician before starting any exercise program. You exercise at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

Work Refreshed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the application or its content.
